Remote · Texas / San Antonio · Operator, not an agency
Get 5+ hours a week back with tools that already exist.
You do not have to become an AI expert. Sit down for 45 minutes. We pull what eats your week. Then we prescribe 3–7 off-the-shelf AI or SaaS tools you can use immediately. A human still decides which tools fit.
We only charge if we can show a real time-back opportunity.
The problem
Most small shops don’t have an AI problem. They have a time problem.
Owners of local and service businesses are already working 40–60 hour weeks. They’re told to “keep up with AI.” They’re too busy to learn a pile of tools, and they’re afraid of falling behind.
The useful move is not a custom build. It is a short, honest look at where the week goes — then a prescription of tools that already exist.
The offer
AI Tools Assessment
A 45-minute structured interview with the owner. We pull bottlenecks. Then we prescribe 3–7 off-the-shelf AI or SaaS tools you can use immediately to reclaim time.
Think of it like a doctor writing a prescription. We are not building automations on this engagement. We are not coding. We are not implementing yet.
We only charge if we can show a real time-back opportunity. Pricing is scoped on a short call. There is no rate card on this page.
What you get back
A simple client-facing report
Built to be used this week. Not a 40-page deck.
- Executive summary — the pain, the outcome, hours you can get back
- Effort vs impact — quick wins first
- Recommended tools mapped to your pain — name, what it fixes, setup time, time saved
- A 4-day quick-start plan, so you are not overwhelmed
- Optional: what comes after the quick wins — bigger projects, teed up without a hard pitch
Fulfillment
How it works
Four steps. Questions, then a report, then a walkthrough. Tools are not pitched on the first call.
- Discovery call Questions only. Recorded notes. We learn where the week goes. No pitching tools on this call.
- Analysis The transcript is reviewed. Tools are researched. Human judgment decides the fit — we do not prescribe Salesforce to a 4-person shop.
- Report A simple, implementable write-up. Pain, hours back, tools, a 4-day start. Not a 40-page deck.
- Review call We walk the recommendations. You choose what is urgent. Do it yourself, or ask later for help implementing.
Fit
Who it helps
Owners of small local and service businesses. About 2–20 people. Working 40–60 hours. Afraid of falling behind on AI. Too busy to learn the tools. Not enterprise.
A good fit if
- You own or run a small shop (about 2–20 people).
- Your week is full of repeat work that should be faster.
- You want tools you can use now, not a custom agent.
- You can take a 45-minute interview and say what eats the most time.
Not a fit if
- You want a custom AI agent built on the first engagement.
- You want an “AI transformation” program.
- You want spam outreach or lead-gen magic.
- You need us to implement inside the assessment. That is a later conversation, if you ask.
Limits
What we will not do
Clearer to say this up front than to unwind it later. The assessment is a prescription. It is not a build.
- We do not build custom agents on this engagement.
- We do not sell “AI transformation.”
- We do not do spam outreach or lead-gen magic.
- We do not pretend we implement in the assessment.
- We do not pick tools by trend. A human still makes the call on fit.
